DMVA and Del Mar Plaza are again bringing Santa photos to Del Mar! Dress up the kids (or dogs!) and visit the village for professional photos. Please write a letter to Santa before meeting the jolly old elf himself!
Snow at St. Peter’s Church

St. Peter’s Church is bringing in real snow for kids to play in and enjoy! This free, family-friendly experience is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to join the winter fun.
Carolers and Characters
1:00 to 5:00 pm
See which holiday characters you can spot roaming the village in the afternoon and snap a pic! Enjoy carolers and holiday music throughout the village.
Hot Chocolate and Drinks
4:00 to 6:00 pm
Enjoy hot chocolate for kids and adult beverages for sale in the Jim Watkins Amphitheater at L’Auberge Del Mar; meet the Grinch, the Mayor of Del Mar, and the Mayor of Whoville, along with little Cindy Lou Who!
Holiday Tree Lighting
5:00 pm
To end the day, head down to the Jim Watkins Amphitheater for the annual lighting of our downtown tree with hot chocolate, adult beverages, Santa, and the Grinch!
