Del Mar Summer Concerts
If you prefer attending concerts in smaller cities with less congestion and more charm, check out any of several live performance events in the picturesque village of Del Mar, just 30 minutes north of San Diego:
Del Mar Summer Twilight Concerts. If there’s anything better than a well-organized summer concert, it’s one right at the ocean’s edge. Pull up a patch of grass and enjoy the ultimate mellow and gramable vibes at the Del Mar Summer Twilight Concert series in Powerhouse Park. Think it couldn’t get any better? Admission is free!
Del Mar Restaurant and Bar Concerts. The regularly scheduled live music performances in Del Mar’s restaurants and bars offer entertainment with maximum comfort and convenience. Enjoy tasty eats, refreshing drinks, and atmosphere for days at the Monarch Ocean Pub, Cevasco’s, Zel’s Del Mar, or L’Auberge.
The Toyota Summer Concert Series. This concert series takes place at the Del Mar Fairgrounds June 7-July 4, 2023. To get the best seats in the house, purchase your tickets early.
San Diego Summer Concerts
Music lovers of all stripes can find great concerts to attend in San Diego and the surrounding county all summer long. Here’s where you can find just a few of them:
Humphreys Concerts By the Bay. This is a small outdoor venue on Shelter Island in the Point Loma Peninsula area. See your favorite artists up close as you take in the summer breeze, palm trees, and a view of the adjacent marina.
