Tell us your backstory: What was your path to owning/managing a business in Del Mar Village? Did you grow up here? Why did you choose Del Mar Village to set up shop?
I have worked here at Indigo for about nine years and have grown up in Encinitas my whole life.
Tell us about your business. What should people know about it? What makes it unique?
Our most unique features are our specialty cocktails and our location.
What is one product or service you are most known for or is particularly special to you?
Blackened Ahi Sandwich, Seared Sesame Ahi, Spinach, Cauliflower Tacos and Beet Salad
Tell us one fun fact about your business most people don't know.
We are dog friendly, and just the simple fact that we are at the hotel. A lot of locals don't even know we have an onsite restaurant.
What do you love about Del Mar Village?
I love how friendly and helpful everyone is.
How would you spend the perfect day in Del Mar? Where would you go? What would you eat or do?
I would spend the perfect day having lunch at Monarch, and then going down to the beach to relax.
